SDM performance offers conditioning sessions to teams who want to improve their training methods and conditioning level. The experience gained from working across top organisations and elite players ensures your team will get the right stimulus. The session content will dependent on what areas are needed to improve. The requirements of each team vary so there is no perfect formula. The sessions can include:
- Movement training (mechanics of efficient movement patterns)
- Speed and Agility Training
- Power development
- Conditioning (Aerobic Capacity, Anaerobic Power etc)
Each session will last 90 minutes and involve a de-brief with the coaches and players. The sessions will educate, challenge and improve players.
