Our Gold standard package includes a comprehensive 3D biomechanical assessment and regular follow-up assessments every 6 to 8 weeks to track your progress and ensure maximum training effectiveness. We also provide game analysis, personalised conditioning plans, strength and movement training, nutritional support, and lifestyle recommendations to optimise your training results. Our goal is to eliminate all the planning, structuring, and progression, allowing you to focus solely on doing the work. Your progress will be carefully monitored and progressed according to your individual response. Consultation

This 100% individualised approach allows us to target your weaknesses and help you achieve your full potential. STEP 2

Online Programming

We understand that life can be busy and hectic, which is why we offer online programming to make your training programme as convenient and accessible as possible. Your customised programme will be designed based on your initial consultation and adjusted weekly to suit your progression and lifestyle. Using the latest online technology, you’ll have access to your programme on-the-go, through our app on your phone, laptop, or tablet. This not only provides you with the flexibility to train when and where it suits you, but also allows us to give you valuable feedback, and for you to give us feedback in return. This creates a sense of accountability that is essential for long-term success. With different packages available, we’ll tailor the amount of content you receive to suit your specific needs and goals. So whether you’re a busy professional or always on-the-go, our online programming ensures that you never have to compromise on your training.

Testing Progress
