I have a passion for helping people help themselves.  Giving people the tools that better informs their training and allows them to implement changes positive changes to their lifestyle helps productivity, both in work and at home. From my experience of speaking in organisations the understanding of training, nutrition, hydration and recovery is limited or at least distorted. Without a clear and concise understanding of these areas one cannot make better decisions and often people find themselves in a rut. As a guide I deliver the following 4 talks that have been shown to make positive changes in people’s daily decisions, outlook and performance be it at home or in work. Presentations or workshops can be tailored to suit the purpose or audience.
